AGREED MARKET.
01 / THE INTAKE LEAK
More leads are not the answer. A faster handoff is.
The expensive part is rarely the click. It is what happens while your team is busy doing legal work.
The enquiry waits
A paid lead arrives while your team is in court, on a client call or already handling intake.
Follow-up loses momentum
One missed call becomes a cold lead when no one owns the next text, call and reminder.
The calendar gets noise
Without agreed screening, your attorneys spend time on matters outside the county, scope or fee fit.
02 / THE OWNERTS SYSTEM
From paid click to attended consultation.
Four operated stages, one clear handoff. Your firm owns the accounts and takes the consultation; OWNERTS builds and runs everything leading to it.
- 01ATTRACTCampaigns go live
Local demand is generated inside an ad account your firm owns.
- 02RESPONDEvery enquiry gets an answer
Calls and texts begin within minutes—not when your team leaves court.
- 03SCREENQualification is applied
County, matter type, fee awareness and decision-maker status are checked.
- 04BOOKThe right prospect reaches your calendar
Conflict details are captured and the qualified consultation is scheduled.
03 / THE DEFINITION
Know exactly what you are paying for.
Before the first ad runs, we put the qualification and attendance rules in writing. That protects your calendar and removes ambiguity from the invoice.
Qualified and billable
- 1Inside your agreed county or service area
- 2Matter type matches the practice areas selected before launch
- 3Conflict-check information is captured for your firm
- 4The prospect is the actual party seeking representation
- 5They confirm they are not already represented
- 6They understand your consultation and fee expectations
- 7They attend the scheduled consultation
Not billable
- No-shows after the agreed reschedule attempt
- Wrong or disconnected contact information
- Outside the agreed county or practice area
- Already represented or otherwise excluded in writing
- A duplicate prospect inside the agreed lookback window
Final definitions, exclusions and dispute handling are documented in the agreement for your firm.
Qualification is written per practice area. The rules below are the starting point; yours are agreed in writing before launch.
- Family LawCounty, matter type, decision-maker status and fee expectations.

- Criminal DefenseCharge type, jurisdiction, next hearing date and retained-counsel status.

Real OWNERTS-managed Facebook ad results, totalled across the campaigns shown. Individual results vary by market, budget and practice area.
Is paying per appointment allowed under my bar’s rules?
Your firm approves every advertisement and intake statement used on its behalf. We build for that review process, but your firm remains responsible for the rules that apply to it; OWNERTS does not provide ethics advice.
Are these leads shared with another firm nearby?
No. We work with one firm per county or another clearly agreed service area, subject to availability.
Whose ad account, CRM and data is it?
Yours. The intended build uses firm-owned accounts, with access and handover responsibilities documented before launch.
Who approves advertising and intake language?
Your firm does. Nothing goes live until the responsible attorney approves the language and targeting.
What exactly counts as qualified?
The county, matter type, conflict fields, decision-maker status, fee awareness, attendance rules and exclusions are agreed in writing before launch.
Does the two-week window guarantee results?
No. It is our target launch outcome based on existing delivery systems, not a guarantee. Market demand, budget, approval speed and intake capacity affect performance.
What if no qualified meeting attends?
There is no agency retainer upfront. Under the proposed model, the performance charge applies only to meetings that satisfy the written qualified-and-attended definition.

You will not have to take our word for any of it.
Every number above came out of an account the client owned. Yours works the same way, from week one.
- The ad account is yours.Raw spend, impressions and cost per lead sit in your own Meta Ads Manager — not in a PDF we assemble.
- The CRM is yours.Every enquiry, call recording and booking lives in an account your firm controls and keeps.
- Every charge is checkable.A meeting is billable only if it matches the definition agreed in writing. You can audit each one against your own calendar.
Results shown are from real OWNERTS-managed campaigns across client industries. Individual results vary by market, budget and firm follow-through; pipeline opportunity value is not collected revenue.
06 / CLIENT FEEDBACK
What the firms actually say.
The same OWNERTS system, run for service businesses across industries.
Nicole A.
Family law firm owner
The system feels like an extension of our staff instead of another disconnected marketing tool.
Client feedback07 / FIT CHECK
This will not work for every firm.
We cap capacity because the operating model depends on local exclusivity and quick follow-through from both teams.
- —Your team cannot take a consultation within 48 hours
- —You do not have capacity for 3–5 additional consultations
- —You want to pay only for signed clients rather than attended meetings
- —Your county or agreed area is already reserved
08 / CHECK YOUR MARKET
Tell us your market. We will do the homework.
Share your market, capacity, current ad spend and typical retainer. If the fit is there, OWNERTS routes you directly to a focused Discovery Call.
